Outpatient Services

Intensive Outpatient Counseling (IOP)

Morning and evening intensive outpatient groups are designed to meet the needs of individuals who do not require a residential setting. Adult clients in these programs live at home and continue to work or go to school while receiving treatment.

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs focus on:

  • Understanding your addiction or dependence
  • Being in charge of in your recovery
  • Creating a community support system
  • Addressing family dynamics
  • Creating a plan of self-care
  • Establishing a plan for sobriety

IOP Morning Program
Meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am – 12:00pm.

IOP Evening Program
Meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning from 5:30 pm – 8:30pm.

Matrix Intensive Outpatient Group

This program is for those who have had a history of stimulant use and/or have had multiple treatment attempts. It is a proven effective, evidence-based treatment program which is comprehensive and multi-format.

  • The Matrix program covers six key clinical areas:
  • Individual/conjoint therapy
  • Early recovery
  • Relapse prevention
  • Family education
  • Social Support
  • Drug testing

Matrix Outpatient Program Schedule
Meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9:00am – 12:00pm.

Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT)

This is a specialized outpatient program available for those in recovery from opioid use disorder (OUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD). Counselors, nurses and physicians meet with clients providing therapy groups and medication management.  

Program lasts approximately 12 months medically supervised detox using extended release naltrexone and buprenorphine.

Medication-assisted Outpatient Schedule

Our medication-assisted treatment program lasts about 12months and begins with medically managed withdrawal.

MAT Phases:

  • Phase 1: 26 sessions / 3 per week – 3 hours each
    (Meets Mon,Wed & Thur 9am-12pm)
  • Phase 2: 16 sessions / 1 per week—1 hour each
    (Meets Tue 1pm-2pm or 5pm-6pm)
  • Phase 3 – 8 sessions / 2 per month –1 hr. each
    (Meets Tue 1 pm-2 pm or 5 pm-6 pm)
  • Phase 4 -3 sessions/ 1 per month– 1 hour each
    (Meets Tue 1 pm-2 pm or 5 pm – 6 pm)

CADAS Aftercare and Alumni Program

Need more support after completing treatment at CADAS? We offer additional support at no additional cost is available through our Aftercare program. We recommended for one year for our CADAS alumni.

Aftercare Schedule:

  • Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 7 pm
  • Thursday from noon to 1:00 pm
